Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Our 3 HP model runs on a standard single-phase rural electricity connection at 220V. You do not need to apply for a commercial 3-phase line or buy an expensive transformer. Just connect it to your existing rural power supply and start milling. Note that our 5 HP model and larger commercial variants do require a 3-phase connection.

Yes. Our core machines (the PDKV Mini Dal Mill, PDKV Cleaner Grader, and PDKV Screw Polisher) are certified by Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth (PDKV) Agricultural University. Subsidy eligibility and percentages vary by state, category, and current scheme terms. We provide all required documents to support your application.

We offer a Pre-Shipment Trial. Once your machine is ready in our Akola workshop, send us a small sample bag of your actual crop. We run it through your exact machine, document the output (clean dal, husk, and broken pieces) and record a full HD video of the entire process. We send you that video for review before dispatch.

Our machines use Crompton motors which carry a national manufacturer warranty. For the machine itself, any major structural defect (including shaft shearing or frame failure) is covered for one full harvest season from the date of purchase.

We build every machine with what we call a Zero-Complexity design. No fragile electronics, everything is mechanical and visible.
